You the paying customer are entitled to unlimited downloads. The download links are permanent and don't require a login. The initial setting of three downloads is basic piracy protection, since if your download link was stolen or shared it could be illegally downloaded an infinite number of times by anyone. Do not share your download links with anyone. If you use three downloads successfully or not (please see Howard's advice), please simply email us and we will reset them to three, no problem. As always, archive your downloaded files in a secure location to protect your purchase and avoid the inconvenience of having to re-download them. Cheers, Cris
