Open your order confirmation email from MoCap Online (the subject starts "Thanks for your purchase from MoCap Online!") and click Download.
Or log in at mocaponline.com/account with the email you used at checkout and open your order.
Download limits
Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times, from up to 3 different networks. This keeps shared links from being passed around.
Ran out? Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll reset it. There's no charge.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam and promotions folders, and search your inbox for "MoCap Online".
Checked out as a guest or with a different email? Send us your order number, or the name and approximate date on the order, and we'll find it.
