After purchasing from MoCap Online, you have two ways to access your animation files. If you can't find your downloads, follow the steps below.
Option 1: Check Your Order Confirmation Email
After every purchase, we send an email with direct download links for your animation pack. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from MoCap Online with the subject line containing your order number.
Tip: Search your email for "MoCap Online" or "order confirmation" to find it quickly.
Option 2: Log Into Your Account
You have lifetime download access to every pack you've purchased. To re-download:
Go to mocaponline.com/account
Log in with the email address you used when purchasing
Click on your order to see your download links
Download your files — no expiration, no limits
Troubleshooting
"I never received an order confirmation email"
Check your spam/junk folder — automated emails sometimes get filtered
Search for "MoCap Online" in your entire mailbox
Check the email address — make sure you're looking at the same email you used at checkout
"I can't log into my account"
Go to mocaponline.com/account
Click "Forgot password" to reset your password
Use the same email you used when you placed your order
"I used a different email / guest checkout"
If you checked out as a guest or can't remember which email you used, contact us at [email protected] with any of the following:
Your order number (starts with #)
The email address you might have used
Your name as it appeared on the order
The approximate date of purchase
We'll locate your order and get your downloads to you.
"My download links expired"
Don't worry — you still have access. Log into your account at mocaponline.com/account to re-download. If you have any trouble, contact us and we'll send fresh links.
