I'm no Blender expert, and we don't have any Blender-specific tutorials. But, they are simple animation files on a skeleton/armature. Any Blender tutorial(and our recommendations on good plugins to use) should get you going.
I suggest: Jamie Dunbar on YouTube has some great tutorials using our animations:
I don't remember exactly, but I think in part three he goes through importing/using our anims. Once again, they are very stock animation files so there is nothing unusual about using them and in some ways they have been optimized to be simpler to use than other animations. Please watch all three videos.
